All soaps are hand-made with simple, quality ingredients that are good for skin. With a few, fun exceptions, most are scented using essential oils and all are vividly colored using plant-based powders or ingredients. These soaps are made the “old fashioned” way through the saponification of oils using sodium hydroxide, or lye, otherwise known as “cold-process”. By making soap this way we are able to use all natural ingredients, its preservative free, gentle on the skin, eco-friendly and the soap ends up lasting much longer. Another obvious benefit is the lack of bulky, plastic bottles required to contain said soap. The most interesting part of handmade soap is that no two bars ever look the same, they are each unique in their own way. They are perfectly imperfect.
