For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 90 days of the payment date.

RS:Because your order exceeds the local customs clearance requirements, you need to fill in the company information for customs clearance (for example, fill in the company name in the First Name, fill in the Company ID in the Last Name), otherwise it will affect the package customs clearance and transfer, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Processing Time: Because many of our products are made-to-order, they are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This gives us time to handcraft and perfect each bottle and balm carefully and ensure optimal quality and longevity. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. We will typically use USPS as our shipping method. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment and times will vary according to your location.
  • International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Plumera LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return Policy
