Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

You will receive a product with the ingredients listed on the product description. When producing handmade products, there are natural variations between batches due to environmental factors. These factors and variations are what make each handmade product unique in its own way, as no two are the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you after your purchase. There will also be a copy located in the "my account" tab section of our website. If you are having difficulty finding it, please email us and we can send you a copy.

How can I return an item?

We have a money-back guarantee for 30 days after your date of purchase. If you have any problems or concerns with your order, please contact us through our web-based contact form or at [email protected] and we will be happy to resolve your issue.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Because we make soap the "old fashioned" way it may go out of stock at times. This is mainly because once we make a new batch, it needs to undergo a curing time in which it hardens up and becomes ready for use. This time period usually takes several weeks but is necessary so that you receive a quality product that is long-lasting. It is for this very reason that custom orders need to be placed at least 6 weeks ahead of time. Patience....

Where can I ship my order?

You can ship your order to any address that you specify. Please note the chosen address on the "shipping" address section of you order page. This can be different from your "billing" address.
